Valentines Day

  • ​If in the event that Valentines Day falls on a Sunday, Midland Gate Florist will offer clients a delivery service that will incur an extra delivery fee combined with the original delivery fee for the suburb
  • Only pre-ordered (48hours before Valentine's Day) orders will have preference on timed deliveries (AM or PM)
  • Guaranteed delivery times are AM or PM ONLY

  • All Valentine's Day deliveries will be delivered anytime between 7.00AM and 6.30PM. Unless the client has pre-ordered and pacificated a time of delivery (AM or PM)
  • While all requests for time specific orders (AM orPM), after the cut off time for pre-ordered orders, deliveries will be considered. Midland Gate Florist cannot guarantee this due to the copious amounts of orders during this peak time.

Mothers Day

  •   Midland Gate Florist will offer clients a delivery service on Mother's Day that will incur an extra delivery fee combined with the original delivery fee for the suburb
  • All Mother's Day deliveries on the Sunday will be delivered anytime between 7.00AM and 6.30PM on the Sunday of Mother's Day. There are no timed requests

Refunds, Returns & Complaints

  • In situations where a recipient is not at home to accept your gift, our couriers will leave the item in a secure location if available at the delivery address.
  • Where a secure location cannot be identified, our couriers will leave a “not at home/please call” card in the letterbox of the delivery address advising your recipient to contact us. The item will be returned to the shop.
  • A re-delivery fee will apply

Order Cancellations

  • Same delivery is guaranteed within the Perth Metropolitan area on orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday, and on Saturdays before 10am.
  • Same delivery is guaranteed throughout Australia on orders placed before 12pm in the area of delivery.  
  • Same day delivery can be available on orders placed after these times, but it is not guaranteed.

Same Day Delivery

If for any reason an order needs to be cancelled or put on hold, please contact Midland Gate Florist as soon as possible.

  • Orders which have left with our couriers cannot be cancelled.
  • Orders which have not yet been prepared by our florists may be cancelled.

Delivery On Special Occasions

  • Midland Gate Florist presume that the addresses and other details you provide are correct. In the occurrence that the address is inaccurate and/or the delivery cannot be completed, a re-delivery fee will apply.​
  • Re-deliveries to a new address will be charged the correct delivery fee for the suburb.

Thursday 9am - 7.30pm

Fridays 9am - 5pm

Saturdays 9am - 4.30pm 

Midland Gate Florist dose not deliver on Sundays or Public holidays.
